"When was the last time you went to a canteen and there was only one thing to eat"?

At work, must've been 7 or 8 years ago.

All they had left after a dinnertime down the pub, was pizza slices with a load of beetroot on top.

Never again.

Make it law for everyone to eat pork and shellfish once a week, then to clear out the crypto's introduce Christian prayer recital to weed out the rest of the commies.

Can we have just one thread not being hijacked by the bean regarders?

Sorry will remember to join in with the Muslim bashing and leave everything else aside.

Hairy. Basically you refuse to show initiative or put yourself out. Your kind demand the right to have your whims and demands accommodated at other people's expense. Passive receivers of special services.

You have a choice, but it's not good enough for you because it requires initiative and effort and a small cost.

Your will must be forced on others at no effort or cost to you.

All canteens in colleges, universities, hospitals and workplaces offer a selection of food and have done for years now.
When was the last time you went to a canteen and there was only one thing to eat?
In this case that the one meal offered is meat and it's pork is absurd. Even if you ate Pork you may not feel like it that day.
It's just misguided petty politcal right wing l antagonism and nothing else!

Aged meats like bacon and pork are "moudly" and can affect people with intolerances.

Odd that irons would think Vegans don't have an agenda.

I would have thought the agenda was perfectly clear.

"Why again point out pork, if you don't have agenda."

I do have an agenda. It would be really cool if people stopped hurting animals or helping to create a market by which animals are hurt.

I didnt choose the subject matter of the thread, just tailored my comments to the framework I was given..But my agenda works with Chickens and ...well.. everything that has a face really.

The burgers sound great, drop the gouda and stick with the chutney and then send some my way... :)

There are lots of things that can go wrong and thereby be harmful in all kinds of foods.

Why again point out pork, if you don't have agenda.

Eat what you like mate, does not matter to me; unless you are swapping recipes, why care about others.

( I am having Field Mushroom "burgers" tonight, was planning on having gouda on it but a chutney would work too.)

Don't like pork myself (smelly when it cooks and full of bugs and worms)but I don't see why you should stop others eating it.

Try reading or a least using my whole quote before you smile next time.

It's not "the state deciding," it's "the state deciding what is illogical" that is the problem

Western democracies take (at least should take) the opinion the majority and filtered it through systems to make laws about the proper things to - DO. Not think. If they decided what is illogical that is an entirely different proposition and in the western dramatic tradition the person's right to think or believe, whatever, is protected. They are tons of laws that prevent people putting thoughts into action for the benefit/safety of the many but there is a sharp distinction between that and deciding what a person can think/believes is logical (or wrong.)

OK. Alternatives. I can understand some of the non-indigenous population being genetically inclined to fuck their dinner should goat be on the menu, but, come on! This is FRANCE! Why no HORSE option?
